I am an independent HR and employment law consultant supporting small and medium-sized UK businesses across a wide range of sectors, including manufacturing, logistics, heritage and cultural organisations, and care settings.
I combine extensive hands-on HR experience with a strong legal framework, enabling me to advise not only on what best practice looks like, but also on what is legally defensible if decisions are challenged.
