In “Employment Essentials – A Quick Guide for Business Owners”, readers will find an accessible resource tailored for entrepreneurs, small business owners, and managers navigating the complexities of employment law.
Book 1 covers Recruitment and Onboarding; it is especially suitable for people new to employment, or for managers who want to understand the basics of employment.
Book 2 covers Sickness and the basics of managing absence issues.
Book 3 covers the different types of family-related leave and flexible working rules.

Training Courses
I can provide a number of training courses for groups or individuals as required. These are all based on my years of experience in HR and employment law. The list is constantly expanding, but the current list is:
Starters and leavers (best for people new to employing others or people in their first management post)
Time Off & Absence (working time, holidays, sickness etc)
Family Leave and Flexible Working (maternity, paternity etc and flexible working legislation)
Employment Law Basics for Managers (how employment law works, discrimination, bullying & harassment, etc)
Management Basics (being a manager) and Performance Management
Supervisors/Team Leaders training (a slimmed down version of management basics)
The last three can be made very bespoke to your organisation and I can incorporate any of your management processes.
