With over 20 years experience in Human Resources and Employment Law, I have dealt with pretty much every employment problem in the book!

I can guide you on all the normal HR processes; recruitment, induction, performance management, sickness absence and ending employment. Clients get regular updates on what has changed in employment law and how it can affect their business.

I have a background in working with managers to give them the confidence to hold the difficult conversations that all employers need to have from time to time. My experience of managing complex cases of all kinds – grievance, disciplinary, performance, capability – means I can help you navigate the complexities of single or multiple issue employee cases with confidence and minimal risk.

I have a law degree and my practice is based fundamentally on current Employment law, advising clients on the options and risks of different approaches to a problem to find a solution appropriate to the business.
