I have a background in working with managers to give them the confidence to hold the difficult conversations that all employers need to have from time to time. My experience of managing complex cases of all kinds – grievance, disciplinary, performance, capability – means I can help you navigate the complexities of single or multiple issue employee cases with confidence and minimal risk.
I have a law degree and my practice is based fundamentally on current Employment law, advising clients on the options to find a solution appropriate to the business.
Complex cases can often take a long time to resolve but I will be with you every step of the way.
