My experience of managing complex cases of all kinds – grievance, disciplinary, performance, capability – means I can help you navigate the complexities of single or multiple issue employee cases with confidence and minimal risk.

I have a law degree and my practice is based fundamentally on current Employment law, advising clients on the options to find a solution appropriate to the business.
