Ruth was introduced by a collague. What a great introduction! Ruth has been very helpful with our contracts - full-time, less-than-full-time and annualised. She has had expert input into one staff member who was performing poorly, decided to leave and raised an unfounded grievance against senior employers; and a separate case where a leaver unhelpfully deleted all the work files and emails related to her post.
